How it works, in practice
How an outing is organised
An account can create the event (group ride, clinic, gathering). After moderation, others can confirm “I’ll attend”. Creation and participation are being progressively activated during the beta.
What you can share
Listings, event text and professional references, visible after moderation. A public stallion board will come later.
Some event creation and participation features may have limitations during the beta.
Identity
The horse’s profile and core details in one place.
Documents
A record of documents tied to the horse: files, notes, and text recognition you always reread by hand.
Health
Visits, treatments and a clinical folder over time.

Prontuario
The Prontuario can be consulted in the web dashboard after sign-in and in the mobile app: 66 phytotherapy protocols, with category, symptoms, ingredients, preparation, application and warnings. Protocols with a doping risk are flagged.
It reads as a reference, always to be agreed with a veterinarian: it describes plants and preparations, and leaves the individual animal’s clinical picture to the clinician.
Breeding and pedigree
Breeding and pedigree answer two different moments in a horse’s life, and in Zoccolo Verde they remain two dedicated tools.
Breeding walks with you through covering or insemination: you note mare and stallion, follow the dates, receive reminders for EHV boosters at the fifth, seventh and ninth month, and record the foal’s BDN birth notice. The history stays at hand, with reminders on WhatsApp as well.
Pedigree lives inside the horse’s record: here you note studbook, sire, dam and damsire, so the origins of each animal are clear.
They are practical, direct tools: the names you enter stay information you wrote, simple to consult and always editable — not an automatic family tree of linked cards.
Your record follows you
You can keep the record on the phone, even without an account. When you sign in, identity, pedigree, documents, health, deadlines, feeding, transport, expenses and attachments align on the other devices where you are signed in. Community asks for access, so the space stays verified.
Breeding reminders stay on the phone. The Prontuario is consulted in the web dashboard after sign-in and in the mobile app.
In the browser, after registration or sign-in, you use the web dashboard (partial access): horses, documents, deadlines, events, listings, community and Prontuario. Document capture, text recognition and GPS rides stay in the app. The full experience is in the mobile app, in testing.
