You can request deletion of your Zoccolo Verde account and the data associated with it without reinstalling the app. The complete automated path is in the app. Alternatively you can send a request by email.
Open Zoccolo Verde, go to Settings and tap «Delete account». Confirm when asked. You must be signed in. If the operation succeeds, your sign-in account, the service data linked to that account and files uploaded to the service are deleted; on this device the app also removes its local data and ends the session. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account or data on the service.
If you cannot use the app, write to zoccoloverdesdc@gmail.com with a subject such as “Account and data deletion — Zoccolo Verde”. In the message state: (1) the email address you use to sign in; (2) that you explicitly request deletion of the account and the associated data. Do not include your password. Sending the email does not start deletion by itself: it is a request. We will verify identity against the registered mailbox and, after confirmation, an authorised operator will complete deletion on the service. It is not an automatic channel like the app. The request covers the account and data on the service; it cannot remove files or information that remain only on a phone or computer that is not reachable, nor device-vendor system backups.
After a completed deletion (from the app, or after an accepted email request that staff has carried out): the sign-in account; app data managed on the service for that account; files uploaded to the service and linked to that account. If you start deletion from the app, local app data on that same device is also removed. Further details on processing are in the privacy policy (Privacy Policy link).
